# 12. Roadmap

Features are introduced in phases, and market opening depends on meeting the prerequisites. The dates below are targets and may change with regulation and development (see Sections 12.4 and 14.8).

### 12.1 Phase 1 · Foundation (Now to October 2026)

* Operation of the dedicated Value X Chain (live now)
* Public disclosure of the token allocation and lock-up policy; finalization of the allocation and lock-up wallets and the approval procedures
* Listing preparation and deployment of Listing Liquidity
* AetherFlow Wallet first release (target: October 2026): simple email-based wallet, asset dashboard, VLX Card payments (starting after a partner is selected and integrated, with the start date disclosed separately), in-app swap and bridge, activity-based referrals, and in-app fee discounts
* Finalization of the execution method for the fee distribution rule (50% burned · 20% sponsorship & ecosystem · 30% operations) and its launch (see Sections 10.4 and 10.5); public release of a dashboard of burn and sponsorship payment records

Carbon Point accrual will be offered in Phase 2; payment deductions will be offered once the prerequisites are met and advance disclosure has been made.

### 12.2 Phase 2 · Fusion (2027)

* Pilot deployment of industrial IoT measurement hardware, integrated with the on-chain MRV processing flow
* Integration of everyday-reduction software with AetherFlow Wallet balances (Carbon Point accrual opens)
* Release of the enterprise workspace and expansion of B2B partnerships
* Trial operation of a limited P2P marketplace for points

The number of installed units is excluded from the evaluation criteria; evaluation is based on data quality.

### 12.3 Phase 3 · Market Expansion (Once Prerequisites Are Met)

* Opening of the Carbon Point exchange module based on verified reduction records (order book, settlement, proof of retirement)
* Work toward integration with recognized carbon registries and ESG disclosure standards
* Expansion of the global network of eco-friendly merchants

### 12.4 Change Management and Disclosure Principles

* Schedules may be adjusted depending on the regulatory environment, technical difficulty and the progress of partnerships.
* Material changes are disclosed through official channels together with the reasons.
